    • I lead the development of operational labour, stock margin and controllable costs for the UK retail business.

    • The apprenticeship so far has supported me to develop both my strategic thinking as well as my understanding of global cultural differences within the business environment.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • Its incredibly rewarding. While challenging and a big time commitment its supporting me to work smarter and be more agile in my day to day work.

    • The Programme has been really clear from day 1 with module dates and times, deadlines and expectations laid out as part of the onboarding process.

    • I have all the support I need from the business and my line manager.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I have regular 121 meetings with my own Arden Coach who is very supportive and is always available to answer questions.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I'm only partially through my Programme but it is already helping to expand my thinking and consider the broader strategic impact of my work.

    • Costa has been hugely supportive of my personal development and starting a Level 7 Apprenticeship.
