  • My role is to analyse data and provide benchmarks within the reward workspace. I benchmark roles, salaries and salary ranges, and research benefits, as well as analysing data for the company, such as the gender and ethnicity pay gaps.

  • I've learnt and developed many skills such as SQL, Python and R, and have learned how to properly analyse data.

  • I've thoroughly enjoyed my programme, I've had lots of fun while also learning useful skills that I will apply to my role.

  • My employer has been nothing but supportive, I've always been given the time I need to carry out my apprenticeship successfully.

  • I've received lots of support and coaching from my provider. They're always available and ready to help in all situations.

  • My qualification helps me perform better as I have learnt new skills and best practices to make me a much better data analyst.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It has an excellent culture and a fantastic work life balance. I've also found that it's very easy to progress if you work hard, I've managed to progress from contact centre to senior reward analyst.

  • Just go for it, you won't regret it!
