It helps with understanding my role better and understanding what goes on in the testing team

Not that I know of yet but there are graduate groups and social events every now and then.

Yes

Because it's an amazing working environment and you learn more then I could describe, the team are welcoming and the onboarding was out of this world.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Costa Coffee?

Do it, even if you don't get the role. The experience is so worth it!
