  • Programme is okay structured, any different graduate schemes in the same service line are offered different qualifications, which is not ideal when meeting people on cohort.

  • Good support from both counsellor and team.

  • Qualification is tailored to role but have no say in qualification route, you get placed into a scheme and therefore can be trapped on a qualification you do not intend to pursue.
