  • I have developed existing skills but also developed loads of new skills that will be useful when i am in another role.

  • I have absolutely loved this programme, I have learnt so many things and the experience gave me an opportunity to progress into a secondment position where i gained more of an understanding of the requirements and experience to complete units.

  • Brilliant, my NVQ assessor was so supportive

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Unfortunately the organisation did let me down a little, this was due to the lack of communication and not understanding the requirements of the contract. I wasn't always given protected time to study.

  • Couldn't fault the support from the training provider.

  • Having the skills and knowledge to become a great leader.

  • Possibly, yes, but due to my current role, these aren't applicable to me.

  • No


  • 9b. Why?
  • The organisation isn't what it used to be, its driven by targets and figures alone and the wellbeing of staff isn't considered, High work loads and understaffed.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Acacium Group?
  • Know your rights and don't be afraid to speak up. Don't apply if looking for progression opportunities.
