  • Understanding self and time management. Coaching people.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I found the programme excellent; a lot of support provided by my raise the bar advisor. Course content was relevant and interactive.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very organised, dates supplied in advance in order to manage a very busy diary. The BUD system was really easy to navigate allowing me to view assignments and work needed for the upcoming months.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager allowed me half a day protected time every two weeks, plus time to attend the workshops. Realistically I think a full day a week is needed as the assignments and skills need time to complete.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A great amount of support, regular monthly check ins and available on email for any queries. My advisor was fantastic and really helped and supported me throughout the course.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have found it really useful; used the skills learnt daily in managing self and regularly use the skills in managing others.

  • Yes, we have ED&I networks of which i am a member. There are also leadership networking events every quarter.
