    • With my job, on a day to day basis i submit candidates to job roles that the consultants put them forward for.

    • Getting better at my math's, my confidence within that has grown a lot more since the first day i started working.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I feel like not only in my job but for the overall apprenticeship i am getting all the help that i need. As well as having a really good team that i get along with very well it makes me want to come in work and be positive about it.

    • I get all the help that i need from my employer, if I'm ever struggling she's always happy to help me with anything that i need help with and she's very helpful because she knows what i need to be better within my job.

    • My training providers both help me towards achieving my goal which i couldn't fault them about anything because they both truly want me to get the best qualification that i can get, there always their to help.

    • There are a lot of wellbeing activities that you can get involved with, eg walking clubs and team competition's.

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • It's a very friendly business everybody cares about each other Werther that's outside of work or in and i just feel like there's friendly competition but never going against each other.

    • Don't be afraid to go after what you want because the Acacium group will make sure to give you everything that they can.
