  • I am currently being trained to do recruitment so we do things like sifting cv's, writing job adverts, calling candidates and we also do online learning.

  • I have already developed my confidence, I have learnt how to effectively use recruitment software's and I have improved on my IT skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy it, I love learning new things and having new opportunities always thrown my way. I work in a supportive environment which definitely helps!

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think it is organised and structured well as I always have something to be getting on with and find that I am always learning.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer and they have already given me great opportunities that have helped me develop.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider is supportive and I can easily message my tutor if I need any help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am only at the start of my apprenticeship and am still training to do my role properly but I have found the content from Paragon so far useful for me and it has helped me develop and reflect.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We have online learning courses that can be related or not related to work which are very useful. We have also completed team building days which were great to do as it bought everyone together!

  • Yes

  • It is a great company to work for, there are so many benefits! They are big on career progression which is very important to me and the people that work here have all been so lovely and supportive!

  • To put your all into an interview if you make it to that stage as it is a great company and one that anyone would be happy to work for because of their values and what they do for their employees.
