  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The apprentice provider Hart, seems to have poor communication and a very high turnover in staff. It has made my experience stressful. My store manager has given me more support than Hart have.

  • It was structured well to begin with and detairated as there was a lack of communication.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a tremendous amount of support from my manager. It's just the training provider (hart) that have provided poor support

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • At the beginning I received support until the tutor I had left the company. Then I was without a tutor for 2 months. Find it frustrating when I email the provider for response as it takes much longer than expected.

  • I have a better understanding of the skills that are expected of me

  • I enjoy working in the fast pace environment and challenging myself and team


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Co-op?
  • You need to have a postive mindset, be enthusiastic and motivated. Don't feel frightened to ask questions and challenge team. Everyone learns differently.
