  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Initially it was very overwhelming due to the amount of new information and the delivery of some of the content didn't fit with my learning style, but I fed this back to coaches who then supported me on an individual basis. The digital learning components are easy to follow and it's up to me as the learner to plan the time to complete these.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Some of the content was delivered in the wrong order, which was fed back and action is being taken to rectify this. I can see everything that is covered throughout the programme at any time. I know my end date.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Most of the content is learner led, so I don't see a coach that often, although I do have a progress review every 12 weeks and I can contact my coach whenever needed.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gives me the theoretical tools to do the job, from these I develop my own behaviours.
