  • Day to day for me is helping my manager with tasks that are to be completed and learning how to do them as I go. On some days I will sit down and do my online work.

  • Yes I would say I have as I have more time at the shop, and because it’s things I need to learn I am being taught more thoroughly how to do new skills.

  • I enjoy my programme as it’s helped me get a new understanding of my job and how to do different things, the set work is relevant.

  • Well structured as all the work set correlates to something I can be taught in the shop floor.

  • I receive a lot of support as we are a small and close team.

  • I have received great support through meetings. She is good at explaining throughly about my course.

  • I feel good as the qualification will give me a jump start to get further in my job role.

  • I get myself in the voice rep for my store, I’ve also taken on a few roles that help towards my apprenticeship.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it’s a friendly community to work with and the company is pushing to be focused on customer service which I enjoy.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to New look?
  • It’s a great apprenticeship, you will be supported thoroughly and will be able to focus and do the best you can.
