Trainee Review

In New Look I work on the shop floor, On a day-to-day, I do footwear replenish, tidying and work the tills too sometimes. Everyday is different and there is always something to learn. I also do returns from the fitting rooms and keeping watch of the fitting rooms when the store is busy.

Yes, I have learned a lot as I had never worked in retail previously. I have learned how to deal with customers and deal with customer complaints. I also have learned the ins and out of stock such as how tagging works. I also learned how to operate the tills and dk returns.

I really enjoyed my placement that I am going on to do my Level 3 and stay in New Look a bit longer. New Look has been an amazing experience all around. Everyone in the store has been so welcoming and helpful while I was getting started. It is an amazing store with amazing staff.

The programme is perfect. Everything you need to know is provided and if you have any questions, someone will always get back to you with an answer. My course leader was nothing short of amazing and was so helpful. I would not change a thing!

All of the management team in New Look have been amazing, with my managers no question is a silly question.

All the help you could imagine! I have never had an unanswered question.

Really well, as you get to put everything you learn into practice each month.
