1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a trainee team leader who supports my management and PLT team in successful running the business and welcoming and pouring drinks for our customers. I work with a small team to provide excellent customer service and team work throughout the day to provide a high level of service.

During my apprenticeship I have learnt new skills and I find myself being able to apply this knowledge to conversations I am having with my manager

I really enjoy the programme and enjoy learning all the new things

The structure of the programme is organised well and is manageable

My employer gives me lots of support and provides me with the time I need to carry out my course work

My training provide gives me lots of support, my learning coach ash is amazing and knows my qualification content well and know what I need to do to improve my knowledge and knows where I require some support with reaching my targets

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I can see myself applying my knowledge learnt through my qualifications to conversations I am having with my manager regarding the running of our industry and how we can improve that.
