  • very enjoyable especially the workshop days which sadly ended due to covid

  • very well structured with support of tutor Martin sharpe but sometimes not enough time to complete the submission so deadlines had to change

  • was limited due to time off rota to complete work in practice. had to self manage workload in work

  • very supportive and monthly tutorials with targets set

  • very! a more insight into leading and managing skils and emotional intelligence
