Overall management of the practice, including financial management.
Better financial understanding and overall management of the team.
It was a difficult course to complete during a pandemic due to the lack of interaction.
Induction and training given was good initially, however a pandemic hit and we was unable to continue any group sessions. The organisation towards the end of the programme was duplicated in my opinion.
Did not receive support from my employer, I was told i could take the training hours during my working week however my workload stayed the same so this was very difficult to incorporate.
Monthly check in's with my tutor and bi-monthly reviews to check on my progress.
