Managing a veterinary referral hospital and seeing clinical cases. The course I did taught me many new management skills.
I have learnt many management skills and helped grow a veterinary referral hospital.
The experience was extremely enjoyable due to the challenges it created.
The program was structured into modules and so it was clear what the aims were for each step of the course and what was expected.
The main support I receive is time to undertake my course during working hours.
There is ample support both given face to face and online as required.
It has improved my management skills and better helped me make the right decisions in my role.
Not much. Our practice is relatively small and so we do occasionally meet up for social events outside work e..g trip to restaunt or pub.
