  • Meeting bereaved families and make arrangements for the funeral. Selling funeral plans, masonry and other funeral products. Processing and creating invoices and building relationships with clients and third parties.

  • I have defiantly developed my knowledge of the funeral industry and my job role. I have also had more practise in areas I don't feel as confident in (such as masonry and finance). I feel a lot more confident

  • Lots!

  • Since having learning support, I feel a lot more organised as I have weekly meetings with my apprenticeship leader and I know what deadlines I have coming up and what is expected by me.

  • Weekly support and she is always on hand if I have a quick question!

  • I have weekly support and she is always on hand if I ever have any questions

  • From learning through my mentor and then also through the discussion exercises on the programme, I feel like I have found new and better ways of doing things

  • No there isn't as far as In know and I wish there were!

  • Yes

  • Co-op is the best employer I have had. I feel like I can really develop myself in the company and I also feel the company takes care of its employees
