  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As an apprentice in savers it basically contains learning how to do everything a supervisor does. For example counting tills and shop floor training. We also get 1 hour each week to get online work done. No homework ever! Always done in work . You learn about health and safety work first. I love working as an apprentice it’s the best decision I made

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed many skills as an apprentice I feel like I know how to do the supervisor role. 2 recent skills I’ve been focusing On is counting tills and doing safe checks every night I also know about shrinkage which when I started I had no clue what it was and I was worried but now I’m confident. Savers also allows you to expand your confidence within people and customers and I love that it’s always pushing me to improve.
