  • loved the program, covid took the edge off it as the program changed and didnt learn as much in the final year

  • was very good, sometime felt the portfolio was unclear and was made more difficult than it needed to be

  • Good but lacked support through covid as it was not a priorty

  • Was really good, someone always on hand, could have done more to help support dyslexia

  • a different way of thinking but also helped open doors to a wider network who could help support the role

  • There are things that can lead on but feels there needs to be more done here for stores and their teams

  • Work hard, if you want to progress you can but you need to lead and push yourself
