My role is to get the avance level 3 to give a better service to my clients and to extend my knowledge about social care

Yes I did. I have completed my knowledge about procedures and protocols in my job

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

To have the chance to do training to improove my english level

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

At the beggining was very confusión for me because I did not understand at all how to use the programme, where to look at the units, where to answer, where to attach the work. My tutore had to help me a lot.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer gave me the opporrunity to get invloved in the course but I have to do it out of my time at work.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had a tutor that was very helpul and nice but she left. I am just getting updated with my New tutor

I think I gain always because I have the chance to extend my knowledge

Trainnings provided from the employer, but they are currently on line

Yes

Because the oppurtinity to gain in knowledge trhough the chance to do the nvq

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Achieve together?

To don't give it up at the begging when you think you work a lot and you are not getting paid enough
