  • I’ve been working here for 5 years and have been promoted to practice lead. I give medication, do personal care, organise trips for the residents. I cook for everyone and help them live a normal life and promote their independence.

  • I have training which expands my knowledge. I’ve learnt how to complete a rota and book medication in.

  • I’m really enjoying it, it helps that I have a tutor who helps lead me down the right path and is friendly.

  • Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. I have made some lovey friends along the way.

  • It’s a very rewarding but challenging job at the same time.
