  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well organsied and structured. Throughout the induction we had support from the group leader daily, with lots of induction training to make us feel comfortable. The training helped us get to grips with what to expect in the job later on. Not much support with the studying.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • When working towards out qualifications, we get suppport from the provider a few times. It is mainly independent study and work so it was down to me how much time I revised until I felt comfortable to take the exam. We got support from the provider by givingus a structured timetable whihc we should follow to help get the exams done in track with the apprenticeship. Then we recieved a study day for each exam which helped massively.
