  • My role oinvolves taling with clients ( retail broker) Producing renewal documents , creating endorsements and getting instructions on new and current policies.

  • I have learnt better commuication skills. It has improved my confidence when meeting new people. Has helped me improve my maths skills. Has widened my knowledge on insurance and the coperate world.

  • I really enjoy my progamme There are many different activities such as lunch and activities with clients that are arranged. I get to meet a lot of new people in the office. Overall it widened my experinces

  • Very organised. All steps are put in to place to make sure i feel accomidated. Ther are regular training progammes to keep me engaged all the time. I never feel lost withion work always tasks for me to complete or learn by shadowing someone

  • I talk with employer every day. They ensure i always feel supported and contstaly have work to do. Are always avliable for me to contact if i have any issues and always provide support. Always ensure i am productive and engaged

  • My training rpovider gives many tasks for me o complete throughout the apprentship. They also give monthy lessons. Howveer i feel like more lessons can be provided when working towards an exam

  • It is a very well structured and organised company. There are always events going on. There are many benefits with working in this cpompany and the enviorment is really friendly.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marsh McLennan?
  • Preparte for your interview and language you will use. Show you are innovative and are looking for growth. Learn to adapt to different enviorments fast. Make sur eyou are confident during your interview.
