  • Assisting our Client advisors and client executives with new and exisiting clients and helping with the process of getting them either onboard or renewed.

  • Developed better communication skills and have learned a lot more about the business and role that i am doing.

  • Its very challenging to balance workload and apprenticeship work at the same time, however i am enjoying it and hope to progress further.

  • Very well structured and informative although everything is run to a tight schedule..

  • Lots of support from my line manager and other colleagues who are always willing to help and teach me a thing or two.

  • Plenty of support and always on hand to help ASAP.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It certainly helps to understand the role more and in turn helps with performance but it does not help as much as i would've hoped.

  • Lots of extra curricular activities to get involved in such as volunteer days and charity events.

  • Good company to begin a career in insurance, plenty of support.

  • Remain enthusiastic and positive, no such thing as a stupid question and try to be proactive.
