i am a groundworker and my tasks vary from day to day, i can be carrying out tasks such as drainage, concreting, curbs, edges
yes i have learnt a few new skills from when i first started and im learning new skills every day whether that is on site or with the helpof a tutor
i enjoy the programme because it helps me get a better understanding of what i am doing, however at the moment it has been restricted due to covid and all the teaching is online
very well structured, we have a set up and know what we are going to do every session
all of the work i do with the apprenticeship is with the learning skills partnership team

because it is very helpful to someone who wants to get a better understanding however at the moment it is online so some people may learn better practically than theory based
just listen to their advice and ask as many questions
