  • -Exploring opportunities for scaling supply, launching new market leading products and pursuing profitable initiatives to maximize business growth, expand our offering and improve the customer experience by leading the commercial negotiations. -Supporting my team in developing and implementing appropriate action plans to influence supplier quality improvements. -Leading the communication between the commercial and product teams to improve cross-functional collaboration.

  • My presentation skills and communication of value propositions are more effective since I started to apply the principles of ‘storytelling’. My questioning and objection handling techniques have also improved thanks to a better understanding of how different psychological models and sales approaches can be applied to influence others and their decision-making.

  • It's all about 'doing' rather than just reading about it. You have the theory at your disposal to support you throughout your journey but you develop skills and knowledge through formal and informal learning opportunities and direct experience. It's challenging but also very rewarding personally and professionally.
