  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I take on inbound calls from customers who are interested in renting a car through our platform. I also communicate with customers via email and help solve any isuue that arises before/during/after the rental period. Internally, I often communicate with other department (Operations, Marketing, HR) using a ticketing system, as well as emails and video conferencing software.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • This apprenticeship helped my better understand my strenghs and it also enabled me to work on my weaknesses. I have the oppoortunity to focus on topics and challenges the matter the most for me and my employer, through meaningful courses and discussions with my tutor, and I get the chance to apply what I learn directly to my day-by-day tasks.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I ejnoy the programme very much for 2 main reasons. 1 - it build on your on needs and situtiation and helps you understand if what you are doing is helpful or needs changing. Plenty of check-ins are offered throughb a tutor that helps you understand how you are doing and meaningful support is provided when needed.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I have been offered the information about the whole programme from the beginning. I knew since day one what topics I was going work on, how the communicartiopns would be handled and relevvant documentatrion or information has also been provided in a timely manner. Nothiong comes in as a surprise.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer give me all the means I need to efficiently go through this programme. I always have the time I need to complete my tasks and I am given the opportunity to work on something new, if that is required to fulfill a certain task and to improve a certain skill.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A personal tutor is assigned an d you have multiple ways to get in contact with him/her (email, phone calls, messages, WhasApp). You have the chance to have a remote/in person meeting every 2 week, but you also are free to get in touch using the other channels as many time as you need to.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have learned much and I was able to apply that straighjt away, on my daily routine. I think my training provided is impactful and allows you to grow on multiple levels: specific sales skills are boosted, but you also focus on soft skills like communications skills and managing stakeholders skills, which are eqully important.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • My employer offers a yearly team budget that we can spend on team activities or simple nights out. The company will also organise bigger events for us to meet with other departments and the leadership team. Lastly, we also get the change to partecipate at events/live workshops hosted by external professionals that makes us connect and discuss imprtant topcis, such as the company culture.
