  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my program as it has helped me to identify more information about the company I work for. an example of this is that I have learnt about the culture of the company and how it started. it has also helped me work as a team as I have been asking questions that will help me in my apprenticeship program.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • i would say that my course is well structured as first of all the induction was completed in the first session of course and during this we were told everything that the course would include from the workbooks to the practical. I have had a lot of support from my tutor weather this is to do with the studying side of the course or the task organization. every time I have a session with my tutor I am set a new task for that month which helps break down what the aims are.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • my apprentice helps me in my role as it helps me to identify the parts that I need for the Agricultural machines more efficiently as I can communicate with the internal and external customers better and easier so I can narrow down what sort of part they are after. the closer I get to completing my qualification the more confident I become on doing my job.

  • I would recommend Learning Skills Partnership to a friend because they have really helped me to become more confident in my role at my place of work. they have also supported me all of my course journey and it has helped me to progress at a much faster and more efficient rate than if I wasn't doing an course.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Learning Skills Partnership?
  • the advise that I would give anyone who is starting out on one of these courses is to try there best to organize there workbooks and collect evidence of there work from day one, it was just a lot easier to everything from the start then to think when you were half was through to collect all the little bits of evidence that you need.
