I manage a caseload of 50 learners and work with them to complete the qualifications that they work on. I conduct monthly visits with them along with doing admin tasks as well

I have completed many online courses covering a range of subjects and topics and also picking up on new qualifications as well

I receive a lot of support and get told always to allocate time to do the coursework
