i am a funeral arranger, this involves the day to day running of the funeral home and dealing with clients needs. I am very active in funeral arranging

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt lots of new skills as I have only worked in funeral care for the past 19 months. Everyday is a new experience, I have arranged burials, cremations and direct cremations solely on my own. I assist with care and preparation.

I have loved every aspect of it and my coach as been amazing offering support and encouragement along the way
