  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying the programme however I have massive concerns about the long term pass rate and overall sucess of the apprenticeship. This is mainly due to the exams we have to complete and the lack of support and care given to me and my colleagues. Nobody within Ey seems to know much about our apprenticeship programme. This really doesn't fit with Ey's people culture.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is well organised except from the support from my local office. My counsellor very rarely replies to any emails and no one knows about the exam process we our going through. There is also a complete lack of study support from Ey. The support from kaplan however has been very good.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive very little support from my counsellor , she hasnt replied to my emails in over 3 weeks. As mentioned above we get very little support for the exams compared to the graduate employees.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The theory of the college course i have completed is relatable in some ways to my job role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Nobody has time for extra-curricular activities given the extra hours we are expected to work.

  • 9a. Would you recommend EY to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • I wouldn't recommend this apprenticeship scheme to a friend for a lot of reasons I have already stated.
