  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • The number of new skills I have learnt and developed has been amazing. The people at EY are always so keen to give advice, teach you how to do something or show you the way which has helped to bring out my confidence and knowledge so far. EY have given us a variety of training days to help us to develop our skills which have been really useful.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well structured. Each week I have time off to focus on my apprenticeship qualifications which is a set time for me to log off. The induction was very well thoughtout especially as it was all virtual. We have been given alot of training into EY which has been extremely insightful. There is so much support - when I first joined I was given a 'buddy' who was one of my peers who had been at the company for 2 years and a mentor who we have weekly meetings with who is someone with alot of experience.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Kaplan give a lot of support. I completed my first exam last month and Kaplan had provided us with interactive lessons with a Talent Coach and regular check ins to ensure we were happy with everything and did not need any further support. The people I have worked with from Kaplan have been very friendly and approachable.
