  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I somewhat enjoy my programme because the learning courses have been valuable and there has been many opportunities to develop my skills as well as learn new ones. However, I feel like the programme has been a lot harder to learn and to develop/gain important skills due to being remote and not being able to work together in person or work with the client in person because of COVID.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support we receive from our training providers when working towards our qualifications is great as we are provided with multiple resources we can use to develop our learning as well as having an assigned tutor who we can go to for help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Most of the stuff we are learning from our qualification hasn't been very applicable to the tasks I am performing at the moment however, that is due to the fact that I am at an early position in my qualification. The more useful stuff, which can be applied to the job, is what we will be learning about later in the year.
