1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work as a FOH ten member which involves taking food to customers, sometimes taking orders and pouring drinks as well as sorting out bookings and dealing with complaints. I also open and close/clean the kitchen section for FOH members

I enjoyed all of it, having the opportunity to learn all new service skills to help me excel in my job role

Very well organised and structured to help me learn in the best and easiest way possible

Loads of support to help me complete my apprenticeship and to not give up when things got tough

Loads of support when I could message or call them whenever I had a problem that they could help me through

They made sure I was learning new skills and expanding my knowledge to help me excel in my job role
