  • I work as a FOH ten member which involves taking food to customers, sometimes taking orders and pouring drinks as well as sorting out bookings and dealing with complaints. I also open and close/clean the kitchen section for FOH members

  • I enjoyed all of it, having the opportunity to learn all new service skills to help me excel in my job role

  • Loads of support to help me complete my apprenticeship and to not give up when things got tough
