  • I'm a supervisor in store I run the shift when I'm working I oversee the running of the shift . This includes the safety if staff and customers along with opening and closing the store

  • Upon doing my apprenticeship I've learned new ways of listening to people and getting an insight to what customers are looking for

  • I'm really enjoying learning new skills and meeting different people.

  • My programme has been goo g really well I haven't encounterd any issues everything is done when my tutor says it will be

  • I have a great support system from within my company my colleagues , manger area manager and also my regional manager have all been very supportive

  • My training provider has been very encouraging and made this experience enjoyable if I have any questions I know exactly who to go to.

  • It has made me understand my role alot more and helped be deal with things in a better way.

  • There are loads of activities and choices for me to get involved in loads of discussion platforms
