I run the day to day business of the pub and ensure all team are paid for the correct hours. I control orders, deliveries and stocks.im in charge of making sure we have a positive cash flow and money generating ideas are being pushed.
Yes I have learned how to manage conflicts more effectively and better ways of communicating to.my staff
The workshops were enjoyable
I felt it was poorly organised as I had 4 different trainers and each one managed to lose most of the work I had done apart from my last 2 trainers.
I would say a medium level of support
It depended on the trainer I had at the time. It more seemed like they were under pressure from their line manager to get it finished more than being concerned for me as a learner
I would say it has mildly improved my capabilities as a manager and managing people, most of my learning was whilst working in the new roles

They are an excellent company who has looked after me very well, since our new CEO has come in I feel very secure in my job
