  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The work itself is well structured. Although the communication between the learning company and the co-op is not good and vice versa. Especially when it comes to organising meetings and training. Also with covid they have seemingly different rule sets so setting anything up is difficult.

When i have had to catch up on modules he has put in extra sessions to keep me on track and is always happy to help. The classroom sessions before covid were also great and well structured.
