  • Learnt lots, especially because I'm on secondment from a store manager role

  • It has been tough through covid but the learnings are still enjoyable

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Probably as much a can be expected. There's a lack of knowledge about how much work is involved and taking study days almost makes me feel bad

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They are available if I need them but not overly in touch. This is perfect for me

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Higher level of knowledge from the academic side of things. Makes me go out of my way to meet people and dig further into the business

  • Not right now. I started in my current role during lockdown so I'm sure before that there were opportunities

  • Yes

  • Best company I've ever worked for. Great the colleagues so well. In touch at every level


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Co-op?
  • Be yourself always. One of the Co-op's for ways of being and really does shine through. If you work hard with the mindset of doing what matters most, you won't go far wrong and won't be held back
