  • Yes i have learnt many new skills after becoming an apprentice, such as how to manage a team

  • I enjoy the programme alot as it is a good mix of on the job and off the job training.

  • Very well, there is deadlines to be met and organised , structed meetings to help me

  • I receive alot of help if it is needed. I can ask my tutor , fellow peers or store manager for help

  • All the work i do helps me become a better team leader in store, and makes be a better manager in general

  • There is usually a charity football match every year but because of covid-19 this couldnt go ahead as planned

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a good workplace, it encourages learning and is very positive. The coop has great ethics.

  • Always be yourself in what you do, and be open to learn new ideas
