  • I am essentially the deputy manager of a small store. I lead and coach the team as well as perform many store activities. I muck in and complete tasks such as stock replenishing as well as management tasks such as planning rotas and completing daily requirements with cash and stock management.

  • I am trying to develop how I take on seek and board feedback.

  • It is early days and it is a bit overwhelming but it seems enjoyable.

  • It is well structured and tries its best to work around a number of people in various roles within the company.

  • I am well supported by my line manager.

  • The lecturers from the university seem very supportive and open to offering help.

  • It is too early to tell.

  • Because of covid I do not think so.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Working towards common goals and with a great, diverse team is a normal day at the coop and I would recommend that.

  • Be yourself always.
