Full accountability of store operations, supporting colleagues development, engagement. Supporting the co-ops food retail strategy by ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do in store

Developed existing skills such as referencing, spelling and grammar and how to do research assignments

Really enjoyed it, enjoyed learning more of the theory behind retail. Also appreciated the time the co-op gave us to complete this

Fantastic support from Pete and Babcock, available to help support me with the workload and development of how to balance studying and working

I think what it’s done it’s given me far more knowledge around the retail sector which helps support my role, etc health and safety requirements
