My role involves being a tutor and mentoring apprentices on a day to day basis and guiding them through their apprenticeship. My other duties involve marking work, delivering sessions and making sure my compliance is up to date
I have started my apprenticeship around 2 months ago and have understood what skills, knowledge and behaviours i need to make sure i will be doing in my job itself.
I enjoy the apprenticeship at this moment as it is helping me become a better tutor in my role
Very well structured and clear what needs to be done.
I receive support whenever required and have constant interactions with my tutor who is delivering the apprenticeship
I receive a lot of support and i am able to allocate as much time as needed whenever required.
It will allow me to access my strengths and weaknesses in my role and allow me work on them
