When I started the apprenticeship I was doing new joiner inductions, facilitating key-skills workshops, creating workshops, coaching new joiners.

Yes - Learning Needs Analysis, BOOST Feedback model, developed more on where L&D fits into different organisations and different structures. We attend monthly workshops. More aware of Knowledge, skills and behaviours.

Very much, I would highly recommend. Tutors are supportive and workshops engaging.

yes lots of events to get involved with. - volunteering, national awareness days/weeks, running etc

Just be as prepared as you can be, do some research about the history of the company and it's values.
