  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • The apprenticeship involves both client-facing as well as internal projects. The major focus is on analytics and its use within professional services. There is no 'standard' day so to speak; daily tasks differ significantly depending on the project one works on. Also, continuous learning is strongly encouraged and it represents a significant part of the EY apprenticeship experience.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • EY is very vocal in supporting its employees to further develop their skillset. There are many pieces of internal training provided on regular basis and a third-party online course platform is also readily available to all employees at no cost. Overall, I can say that my skills have significantly been enriched by not only industry-specific but also general know-how needed in both professional and personal life.
