  • very organised, we have monthly calls with our BPP coaches to ensure we are on track we also have bi-weekly meetings with our line managers.

  • they are always there to ensure we are getting the most out of the programme

  • it helps a lot, it offers us guidance and support to ensure we can perform the best we can at our job role

  • yes we have a social committee at EY who are always planning events for our team.
