  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is to check guests in and to deal with any issues they have during the stay no matter how big or small it maybe. I also have to make sure the hotel is safe and secure and all doors are locked at night. We have to make sure that the guest are all quiet and not disturbing other guests.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt new skills in how to deal with other team members and how to get the best out of them, how to help them to achieve there goals. I have also learnt new skills in finance. I have also developed my skills even more on how to deal with guest concerns and how to handle them.

  • I enjoy doing this program very much as it helps me to develop my skills to become better a my role and to help others. It also helps me to expand my current knowledge and to be better.

  • The programme is very well structured and organised to make using it and completing the course very easy with out being challenging.

  • I receive the right amount of support from my employer and extra support when I needed the help

  • My trainer was there when ever I need the help in completing my qualification and gave all the help in guiding me in the right direction when I was unsure of what was needed from me.

  • My qualification helped me to perform better in my job role as it helped me to understand and support my team members and what is expected from them. It also helped me to help my team to get the best out of them.
