  • Checking in and out guests. Checking emails for certain authorisation. Looking through future reservations for specific requests. Tracking card not present payments. Small cleaning duties around reception area. Helping guests if they require help, if they need anything getting. Cash handling. Health and safety at all times.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills and will always learn. This I'd the sort of job where you learn something new every day.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love it it's great the fact I've been able to achieve a GCSE standard in maths is amazing. It's better late than never.

  • Great I really like it

  • Loads. I always know if I need any support or assistance I can just ask my assistant manager and my manager also.

  • A lot of support, either through the phone or online. It's great.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe I am learning different and new skills whilst working along side my apprenticeship it's great!

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We don't have activities as such but we do help with our chosen charity great ormond street hospital. We have a lot of events to help raise money for this amazing charity!

  • Yes

  • They are a really good company and you get a lot of support I really do enjoy my apprenticeship you can work in a way to suit you and your needs.

  • Just be yourself.
