    • Yes I have learnt more about funeral law and back of house procedures

    • I could be hard fitting in the work when the funeral home is busy but over all I enjoyed it all

    • well structured you know what you need to do to finish a unit

    • the funeral directors at my home have been very supportive, managers make the right noises but no general support

    • there are interesting titbits in all units
