    • My role involves on the job learning and shadowing senior figures in the company. I get involved with meeting and other projects on a daily basis. I also work on my own projects through my NVQ and HNC which are work related. I often communicate via email, Skype or in person with employees from all around the works.

    • I enjoy the programme very much and I am confident that at the end of the programme I will have a lot of skills and be ready to use them in a constructive way within the company.

    • The programme is reasonably organised. It could be improved if more people within the organisation knew what the programme consisted of,

    • I receive a lot of support from my employer. Also I would feel comfortable asking for more support if I needed.

    • I receive some support in the form of a monthly review where I can raise any concerns. There is also the option of me emailing for support if required.

    • It helps me perform better in my role by giving me the skills to be more involved in day to day operations within Tata.
