    • I really enjoy my apprenticeship, I look forward to going to work, except weekends

    • I think my apprenticeship is very well organised in work, the college side of the apprenticeship is a bit less organised

    • No issues with support whatsoever, there are many different people I feel confident approaching for help/support/advice

    • I think my qualification has helped me develop my skills to which I can use in work

    • Fantastic company to work for with great people, the job is very interesting and if you show willing people will be willing to help you and teach you. I also enjoy the shift pattern as it allows me to have an excellent work life balance

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tata Steel?

    • Show interest and ask plenty of questions from the start, it goes a long way
